1.The mixing arms are made by precision casting using high wear resistant materials, the paddle and liner plates contains high percentage of Chromium, Manganese and Molybdenum thus extending life of mixer and ensuring at least 50,000 batches.
2.A specially designed universal connector ensures the movements of the 2 shafts are synchronized. The main drive wheel is installed by conic expansion method, allowing ease of dismantling.
3.Stable pressure is achieved with the installation of a pressure stabilizer.  A high capacity manually operated valve enables the operation of the discharge gate during a power failure.
4.With multi-layered shaft-end seals, air and oil sealing are ascertained
5.INTELLIGENT CONTROL SYSTEM monitors the oil level & temperature of gear reducer & discharge pump & gives alarm automatically. It monitors the oil pressure of the shaft end seals and the working condition of the lubricating pump. Equipped with surveillance equipment & alarm, it allows remote control from the control cabin.
6.Improving reliabilility and life span of shaft end seals.
7.Discharge gate opening can be fixed at different positions. Rubber seals eliminate any mortar leakage from the discharge gate .
